Dude was arrogant and dismissive. Told me off for having my scooter while he chewed through his food. Edit for full story after that gem of a reply. What he actually said was "You screwed up" after coming out of the back room, while still eating food, after I had been in the shop waiting for a few minutes. When I looked at him confused he proceeded to start ranting about how I would be in trouble if my scooter, with the same rubber material as my shoes, "scratched his twenty thousand dollar new floor". To this, I just laughed and walked out. Wont be back. This person is impolite to the point of clearly being abusive, calling names and acting like a bully. Over a scooter? Lol. Wow. I'll enjoy watching for whatever shop takes over this space.

I’ve been coming to this shop for a long time and have spent hundreds of dollars here. But after today, I’ll never return. As soon as I walked in, I heard the man behind the counter—who I believe is the owner—loudly making racist remarks about Mexicans. Then, to my disbelief, he used a well-known slur targeting the LGBTQ+ community. I spoke up and said, “I don’t like that talk over there,” and he responded by telling me to “get a life.” As someone who is both queer and part of an ethnic minority, I felt disgusted and completely disrespected. This is a diverse neighborhood, and to hear that kind of hate coming from someone representing a local business is beyond unacceptable. I used to recommend this place. Now I’ll be warning people to stay far away. No one should have to experience this kind of verbal abuse—especially not in a space that’s supposed to serve the public. There are better shops out there where human decency still matters.

I actually really like this smoke shop !customer service is great, very helpful and friendly 😌 however the only reason why I didn’t give it a five star was because I bought a “ labubu” from here and the guy over the counter told me not to worry they’re “ authentic “ however it turned out to be a lafufu 🥲🤣. the colors on its teeth aren’t even placed right and the body it self looks crooked :(
