Ive tried reaching out multiple times to MHGP about my product that they sent to some nonexistent address in Louisiana and I live in and wanted it shipped to Arizona where I reside, but because that address was nonexistent my item was returned to MGHP. I cant get a hold of them to give them the correct address or refund my money. But by the comments on this post I gather this is a habit for them. Im seriously considering taking legal action against them and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Im one unsatisfied and unhappy customer!!

Of the three items ordered only one arrived. I got an immediate response to my email as well as a call. The problem is being taken care of.... ... And it was. I received the missing items in good condition, nice colors too. Perhaps an elephant next. The pipe is a great well made blown glass item.

I placed an order and paid for priority mail. Waste of money. They haven't even attempted to ship my product and it's been 6 days since I placed my order. Guess I should have looked at the reviews first. I've reached out to the company via email but tomorrow I will do a chargeback through my bank. What's the point of paying for fast shipping if you can't even be bothered to attempt to mail the package?

Edit: I was refund my money so they are not scammers just beware SUPER slow shipping and no customer service really to reach out to. If you order online from them hopefully it works out like the 5 star reviews but I honestly would not waste your time. The company has terrible customer service. No updates are provided by them after ordering. You have to be the one to follow up on their website and even still they can’t give you an idea of anything just “it’s in processing”. I placed an order 4/2 was advised processing takes 2-3 business days but as of today 4/14 nothing has been done with my order. I reached out on their website to get more information on my order just to be told I need to email this email address that does not even work so I can’t even cancel my order for a refund.
