Terrible Seller. They blatantly sent me the wrong items and ignored my email request to correct my order#13873. I had to initiate a credit card chargeback to recover my money. Don’t waste your time with this business highly unprofessional and petty. All over $57 of hemp wraps when all they had to do was communicate they didn’t have the product in stock. Buyer Beware!!!

Great experience! It’s actually the best customer support I have ever had from a vape shop ever. There was a minor issue with one of my orders, but they went well out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied (even though the issue was not technically their fault)! I only discovered Smokerolla about a year ago, but I am a lifetime customer now for sure. They have a wide variety of unique products, their pricing is good and the staff is very knowledge and helpful. 5 Stars all the way!!!

Very pleased with the product and price, but most important was the customer services....from all the texts back and forth with my questions to my curbside deliverance. I found a glow in the dark COD zombies ray gun on sale for only $29.99 usd with the discount code. I had hoped for purple but it was sold out. I went with classic red and paid for the 2day shipping. After 3 days of it being in USPS waiting on package i called the support number a lil irate. Got no where, called back and it was the same guy and he knew me by voice (Again, my sincerest apologies). He said he'd look into it and called me back the next day with update. Apparently the parcel guy picked it up from there, but USPS never delivered it. He personally took my package to the post office to replace it at no extra charge and updated the shipping for me. Plus they had gotten more of the purple in so i got that one. Just arrived today and it's amazing!!! Great product and great customer service
