Tried to get in and out of the place pretty quickly. Was in a bit of a hurry and told that to the lady working the checkout. The lady really wanted me to sign up for an account. So I said if it doesn’t take very long, sure, and she proceeded to try and fumble around entering my information. I said never mind let’s just check out. She said “well this just won’t take very long i just need to enter all the information”, as she continued to fumble around trying to figure it out. I said, I can sign up next time. She refused. So I just left everything and didn’t purchase anything there. So that’s the kind of service you get here. Interesting they are more concerned with getting people signed up on their list than making a sale. Clearly store policy to harass people into getting on the list. And they lost a customer and a purchase. Just check people out instead of harassing them onto your mailing list in order to pay.

Total Wine is my go to. Always have a great selection and fair prices. Enjoy looking around at the wide selection and the folks working are always super nice and willing to help out if needed!

Went during lunch time to get a (maybe 2...or 3? Lol) bottle of my favorite cocktail, ended up leaving with 10+, because the staffs (Brandon & Seth) were wayyy too nice, friendly, and fun to talk to. They were also very helpful in making recommendations, which resulted in buying so many bottles....the staff who rang me up, Genesis, was also very easy to talk to. I may even go back because of the staffs :)

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! Had an incredibly poor experience at this store. Entered with my friend (aged 25) who was coming along with me for errands and wasn’t purchasing anything. We were not stopped at the door for ID nor asked for it by anyone while we shopped. We made our selections, went to check out, and were asked for ID. I presented mine as I was purchasing and the checker told me that my friend needed ID as well for me to purchase. I explained that since she was just coming along to keep me company while I ran errands and wasn’t purchasing anything, that she didn’t have her wallet with her and therefore didn’t have her ID. They told us we’d be unable to pay even though I had my valid ID and that there was a sign at the front stating this. As we left, we checked and there was NO SUCH SIGN. We were told we could not purchase anytime in the next 24 hours. This is an asinine rule and lost them money on a large purchase and any future purchases as I will never shop at Total Wine & More again and will strongly advise that no one I know visit. What an asinine and idiotic way to run a business!!

This location says "We don’t allow any person under 21 to enter our store unless accompanied by an adult of legal drinking age. All parties in a group are also required to present IDs. For anyone who appears under 30, our team will ask for IDs to ensure we are doing everything we can to prevent sales to minors. It’s nothing personal against our shoppers, we are just doing our part to uphold our responsibility to our community". They say that all parties in a group are required to show ID, yet my older child (21 yrs old, her 21 year old friend, and 20 year old friend (all having their IDs)) was refused service since the NON purchasing person is under 21. Yet when I (54 years old with 2 kids under 13 with me (they have NO IDs)) went in, I was served. Both times it was a 'group', each time being 3 people, and each time the purchasing person was over 21- yet my older kid and her friends are not served and I was. That is not following your OWN POLICY and appears to be age discrimination. I will NEVER shop at this location nor at this company again due to your discrimination. Either follow your own policy for all or use some common sense and sell to those 21 and over. ALL those 21 and over.
