Fantastic guys in the shop they give fantastic A1 service and very courteous. They go out of their way to help you. I was on holiday from London and needed a vape product and they supplied me with the best vape at the very best price , not a rip off price even though I was tourist . Great guys.

Very disappoint will never be back. I've been buying electronic cigarettes from here. For years, I literally just bought 31 dollar vape And I tried it in store barely any smoke coming out.And it's burned they didn't change it, they didn't do anything.I literally wasted thirty dollars after being customer for 6 years.Do not recommend it.Will never come back.

Hands down a great smoke shop experience. USA Smoke & Vape is not only the biggest smoke shop I’ve ever walked into (and I’ve been in many), but the energy in there is unmatched. I came in right before closing and Dylan and Joel still welcomed me without hesitation, like I was their first customer of the day. They were super knowledgeable, upbeat, and genuinely excited to help. I was looking for a Stitch bubbler and they didn’t just show me pieces, they got me curious, educated me, and made the whole experience fun instead of rushed. You can tell they actually care about what they do and about their customers. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out. Dylan and Joel are a big reason I’ll be back.

Very dissapointed never will come back and wont recommend anyone to do. My husband bought a vape from here and he tried it in store to make sure it works. Barely any smoke was coming out and the vape was burned. The worker doesn't know anything about vapes doesn't smoke so he can try and make sure it doesn't work and the boss says even if there's very little smoke, they wont exchange it or return it even if its burned wont give you your money back. Very bad customer service will never come here again. Been a customer for six years.

Very kind staff work here. They all seem like chill people. Prices are great here I’ll go out of my way to come here for the better prices than the smoke shop by my place. They’re also good at keeping items in stock and they have a good variety of products. Always good music playing inside. Good vibes keep doing what your doing gentlemen. Ample parking too
