This review is in regards to two separate trips. The First trip, I went to get a item with the price of $35 and some change. So I told him i would get 4 total. it rang up and the price was changed each to 45$ not the 35$ that was that it was alwaye priced at. Never did the system once display my balance which ended up being over 200$. I found out after my card was scanned and asked for a receipt. I was expecting 4 of those products to be $35 each. Well, I was only handed 3 of them and was charged the 200 for 4 of them but only had 3 in possession I asked about the 4th one that was rung up but you can tell the language barrier was really starting frustrating the older gentleman working so I just let it go and took it as a loss and left. I have maybe left 1 or 2 reviews to places in my entire life at 35 years old. I dont like leaving bad reviews or ever want to. So fast forward to today about 2 months later I go in looking for a specific product that they did not have, but he said that they would have it tomorrow and he brought out a off brand product of what I was kind of looking for where the price was marked up 10x and i politely just said no, thank you. I'm okay, I don't think I want to purchase this. "I have been dealing with these products for over 11 years, I never told him that though". I said Thank you and was getting ready to leave. But because he had to walk to the back room 2 times and I declined to pay for such a over priced product that is a 10 dollar resale item at any other shop. he got so pissed and gestured for me to leave and was visibly angry and unprofessional towards me even with the language barrier. I did bring up what happened on my last visit and stayed professional and realized doing that was a lost cause so, I left. I just want.to give warning about these interactions. They also run the shop on Tennant as well. My mind is blown. I have never had this happen to me at any shop. I recommend going to cigarland downtown. I guess that is the last respectable shop in morgan hill.

Had an issue with a product and the people at Lava took care of it right away. Super helpful, easy to work with, and made the whole process hassle-free. Definitely appreciate the customer service.

Google said they had cheap tobacco. When I went in to inquire about prices, I was quoted the very top end ($15) of what I am willing to spend on a pack. My bank statement was for $15.59. The gas stations are cheaper. 3 stars because the place looked very clean.

Sells fake vapes. $41 for a geek bar that had a crooked screen and was burnt the day after purchase. Still had vapes for sale June 7, 2026.

Very great customer service. I went in and wanted a gift box for cigars, and I am not familiar with any type of cigars and the front desk person who I think is the owner took his time and made a very nice gift basket for the cigars that he recommended. It was a great combo of cigars that my friend really liked. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for cigars or hookah supplies
