Clerk (late 30s’) says he has basically every flavor Foger. Proceeds to tell me that the flavor I asked for never existed. (Gum Mint). He didn’t have any of the other flavors I used to test him with. Bumm clerk. Bad attitude. No knowledge of shop/products.

I have given this shop two chances, and unfortunately, the customer service provided by the same employee both times has been the worst I’ve experienced. ​The first time I came in, I was a beginner looking to spend over $100 on a full setup. The employee couldn't be bothered to even stand up from his chair. Instead of helping me, he answered my questions with condescending questions to make me feel stupid for not knowing the terminology. I walked out and took my business elsewhere. ​I decided to give them a second chance recently for just e-liquid and a coil, hoping for a better experience. It was the same guy and the same attitude. When I asked about nicotine strengths (12mg vs 6mg), he acted suspicious, treating me like a cop and making me feel dumb for asking. To make matters worse, I physically showed him my vape so I could get a replacement coil. Instead of looking at the device to ensure the right fit, he asked unnecessary technical questions just to sound smart, ignored the device in my hand, and sold me a coil that he clearly guessed on. ​I got home, and of course, the coil was oversized and didn't fit. This employee is rude, lazy, and knowledgeable enough to be arrogant but not helpful enough to actually sell the right parts. I won’t be back.

Best customer service and the best price in town

The staff is friendly, helpful, never pushy. Lately I've been beaking the banger to my rig (2x in 2 weeks lol) so I bought a large size banger for $15, then this week I bought a standard size banger for a different rig at $10. The shopping center it's in gets busy mid day but there's usually parking towards the back corner by the stop light, close by. It's a safe area. I took a picture of the standard size banger I just bought this morning.

Overpriced and bad products. Do not buy your vape here. They sell products that are dud. Overpriced too. I paid over $30 for a large geekbar that didn't last a week which is supposed to last at least 3 weeks. Battery was bad too. If I can give 0 stars I would.
