Third time in two weeks getting here after they are suppose to be open already and they are still closed! They open at 8am it’s already 8:15am Doors closed!….Staff is cool though

*UPDATE* I bought this pos vape three days ago and it's already used up? I don't use it that much and i'm really pissed off! Have to give a low review for a few reasons. I bought a vape and I knew it looked funny. After looking online I found that it was meant to be a woman's vape and came with a chain to make it like a little purse. I am a straight man but have long hair so it makes me feel like maybe he was assuming that I was gay? He told me it was to "Like to customize it" which is true but i'm sure he knew it was meant for women. I really didn't have much choice as it was a very limited selection because it is predominantly a smoke shop. He also asked me if I was a first time customer like there may be a first time discount or rewards program but he never said anything else regarding that and offered no discount. I told him I was in a poor situation with minimal cash but I assume those vapes rarely sell and he just wanted to sell one. Anyway other than that he was very helpful in trying to help me figure out what to buy. I am not gay or stupid so I won't be returning.

This place sucks! Never go to this place! Bad business! It says 9:00am they open but 10:30am still not open! No good things about this place so unprofessional! No value of time! I hope this place shut down! Useless

If you ever see the long haired, cutie about 5’11 tall guy handling the shop. Tell Matt that I appreciate him and how patient and helpful he was with all my questions ! 12/10 will come back ☺️

I had a great experience at Smoke N Stuff in National City! Eddie and Matt were both incredibly helpful and made my visit way better than I expected. Matt took the time to show me different waterpipe styles, explaining the differences in quality and function to make sure I got the best piece for my needs. Eddie was awesome too, showing me how the Velcro ashtray works and why it’s such a useful accessory. Both of them were super friendly, patient, and clearly knew their stuff. I really appreciated that they weren’t just trying to push products — they genuinely cared about giving solid advice and making sure I was happy with my choices. The shop has a chill vibe, and it’s clear Matt and Eddie care about their customers. If you’re looking for quality products and great service, definitely stop by Smoke N Stuff and ask for Matt and Eddie. You won’t be disappointed!
