I had a bad experience at another location of this smoke shop and was sent to the Northridge store. Kimboll was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Even though he couldn’t issue a refund for the oxidized oil I bought elsewhere, he still went above and beyond to help me. He kindly gave me some of his own juice to try and let me sample his 20 mg, which was really great. He was super sweet, pleasant, and genuinely helpful the entire time. His attitude and willingness to make the situation better stood in complete contrast to the terrible service I received from Mahin at the other spot. Kimboll is a fantastic employee, always so nice and provides excellent customer service. If you’re in the Northridge area, definitely stop in and ask for him. He’s a great worker and makes the whole experience much better. Highly recommend this location because of him!

Never returning to this establishment. Some young punk decided that asking my wife if she wanted to lock the doors and "chill" with him was a completely okay thing to do... Never again... Calling ownership to complain as well

I absolutely love getting my New Brew drinks here! Johnny, the manager, is simply the best. He's incredibly knowledgeable about everything he sells, and it really shows in the quality of his recommendations. But what sets him apart is his compassion and great sense of humor. He makes every visit a pleasure, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend!
