They are the best and to be completely honest, they are on a completely different level. Bravo to these guys for getting it right, and after reading the owner's response to that douchebag who complained, or should I say "whined"" about the "coconut charcoals", they found a way to earn even more of my respect! Well done sir, that made my night.🤣

This, by far is the best smoke shop around, the friendly and experienced staff are very knowledgeable about all their products especially the glass and functions. The prices are the best around. I go to different smoke shops all over the place this one is more advanced and more seasoned that the rest believe me

The worst smoke shop I’ve ever been to. I only stopped by because it was the only one open at the time. I came in to buy charcoals for my hookah and asked for Golden Desert, which I normally use. The owner said they were out of stock and offered me the only coconut coals he had, which were from Indonesia. These were by far the worst charcoals I’ve ever used. They gave off a terrible smell while heating and didn’t provide nearly enough heat for my bowl (clear signs of poor quality or moisture absorption). When I returned to the shop to ask for a refund, the owner refused and simply said they don’t accept returns. He didn’t even apologize which shows not only a lack of professionalism but also a complete disregard for customer experience. It’s not even about the money, it’s about how dismissive and careless the owner was selling defective products. I’ll never come back to this smoke shop. DON’T SHOP HERE
