An overall better experience and customer service than the smokeshop in soledad. I did buy some pieces here that did come defected. But this was some time ago so I'm not going to let it affect my review of my recent visit but I recommend checking through your inventory often. Overall everything looks great. You'll pretty much find what you'll need here.

This shop has everything I need, from tobacco to snacks. Owner is a fun person to talk to. I've seen many underage teens trying to purchase products and the owner sure knows how to identify youngsters. This definitely shows legitimate business.

They dont sell oil burners here ***Edit in response to the owner of KC TOBACCO: I've walked into your shop 2 TIMES. 1st time you said you no longer sell oil burners so i just left and went to another smoke shop. 2nd time was months later, I assumed youd have them this time but NOPE. Two different employees both responded with "NO"

I have my favorite zippo lighter that has been sitting for a long time. I was in the area so I stopped by KC in the off-chance that maybe someone there may be able to fix my favorite and only zippo. At first either the owner or maybe a worker told me he couldn't do anything...a few seconds later he asked to see the lighter....he then took a look at the lighter and told me it needed lighter fluid, and it was only $4.00. He then took a closer and couldn't extend the "wick". So he started to take the lighter apart. He removed the wick, cut off the end and re-installed it. He set the wick the way it is supposed to be and put the cotton inside then told me I needed a flint and that was only $3.00; he reasembled everything, filled the zippo with fluid and tested it...IT WORKED!!!! THIS PLACE IS A DEFINITE "MUST SUPPORT" ANYTHING SMOKING RELATED ; I'M PRETTY SURE HE HAS IT....
