Absolutely one of the BEST customer experiences I've ever had purchasing something from across the country! Jon picked up the phone the morning he got into work to follow up with my order at my request, and he even took photos to show me the products I purchased! Absolutely amazingly kind customer service and an amazing selection of glass and related products, I will be back soon!

I recently stopped by this shop looking for some pipe tobacco and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is run by people who actually know and appreciate the craft. The selection is impressive, they carry everything from the big name premium to some really excellent bulk blends. What really stood out was the service. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable but also very approachable. They took the time to talk through different types and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. It’s rare to find a spot that balances a high end feel with such a welcoming, neighborhood vibe.

Great place with fair prices!!! Ive replaced all my Carta products here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, Chris was very helpful. I didnt know much about electronic rigs but he was very informed with every product 👍🏽

I have been coming to Sweet Tobacco for a good 6 months or so, and I feel welcomed every time I come in. I’m on a first name basis since I am a regular, but all of the guys here are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind to whoever enters the store. Thank you to John, Aaron, and Chris for always going above and beyond with the customer service.

Aaron was extremely helpful and cool. Helped me get a new dab rig that is extremely dope for a great price
