I ordered 2 Kind Pen Mist 2.0 in mid August. A tracking number was issued, but the package never made it into the hands of USPS. After about 10 days I emailed Mind Vapes and received a reply from Alison. She had informed me that Mind Vapes tracks all orders and she would contact Kind Pen to figure out what was going on. Within a couple days my order supposedly shipped using the same track number. Again my package never made it USPS. I recontacted Alison and within 1 day my package was in transit and arrived earlier than scheduled. Thank you Alison for all your help!! You set the standard how customer service should be! Both Kind Pens work perfectly.

First off, I live 20 miles away from where they ship from. I put an order in on a Thursday night (knowing they won't get it until Friday) and paid an extra 10$ for priority shipping, which I assumed would make sure I get it by the next day considering I am only 20 miles away. I end up getting the item on Monday. When I contacted MindVape about the situation, they basically did what others have mentioned here, and they just spouted off some policy BS and totally ignored the fact that I paid an extra 10$ for no reason and could at the very least deserve a credit or something. Alas, their customer service is subpar by what I have seen on reviews and experienced myself.
