Closed door policy is not good. Browsing the selection is an important aspect of shopping. It feels especially strange to keep most customers locked out since it seems that some are permitted in at owner's discretion.

Went there for the first time in probably 15 or 20 years and didn’t realize you couldn’t go in and it was raining out which sucked. The lady was friendly and the prices were good but she led me astray when her recommendation. I’m pretty new to the cigar world so I picked one that she said would be really smooth and flavorful but it was way too harsh. I had to put it out after 2 puffs and probably not gonna be able to finish it. It was only $12 which is better than having wasted $20 but sucks the only shop I’ve been to (to be fair I’ve only been to a few) where you can’t just walk in and explore your options

Would even let me in to look at what their had in their humidor. The Payson working there stood in the doorway and was rather rude

Nice place pretty pricey and the lady that owns the store would not let costumers in the shop I probably won't be back

Great customer service. The proprietor is knowledgeable and helpful. Quality products and a local establishment. Can't beat it.
