I've only placed one order with Small Batch, but I am extremely impressed right off the bat. I like the simplistic nature of their website - it's very easy to use and place an order. I don't know how it's possible but USPS delivered my order to Atlanta in just 2 days (I did pay a couple dollars to upgrade to priority shipping but 2 day delivery was crazy). The box arrived very well packaged. Lots of bubble wrap and cigars in a ziploc with a boveda pack. You can really tell that this company takes pride in their business, and that goes a long ways for me. Oh and the cigars smoked fantastic right out of the packaging, no resting required in the humidor which is another sign that this company really values providing a quality product to its customers. 10/10 will be placing regular orders with Small Batch.

This review is for their online site. Great selection, prices & customer service. Their selection is second to none, if you like boutique, small run, rare cigars then you'll like SBC. I had an order that got returned to sender because I messed up my own delivery address. Small batch dispatched a new order for me as it appeared to be lost, mind you this was a special release, limited & boutique order, not something produced in high volume. I will absolutely be making future purchases. Great company. Again, take a look at their selection it is outstanding.

I am a first time online cigar buyer and I was able to find Hiram and Solomon cigars on small batch website. So I order some cigars and wow the shipping was fast, the packaging was just amazing cigars got here in perfect condition. I highly recommend Small Batch Cigars and will be buying from them again.

Ordered a five pack from them… will definitely order again… Package was delivered Monday, I was out of town until Thursday and the package was left on the steps Didn’t matter because of how tight and greatly packaged they were. These guys pay great attention to detail

Got this WARPED BITS OF HAVANA DE CAPITAL LE 2024 in the Small Batch COTM Club. Wow!!! Not the most complex flavor profile, but damn it's a good stick. It's like if your a Blink 182 fan; if you like one song, you like them all. The flavor is awesome and it doesn't matter that it doesn't change throughout too much. Small Batch does an awesome job of sending high quality cigars in their COTM Club. They know what their doing; I end up buying or wishing I could buy a box of at least one of the monthly cigars.
