Just went inn 3-6-21 after purchasing several coil accessories, 2 of 6 were defected, the owner was very rude did not want to exchange something that didn’t work, And said he’s loosing money if he exchanged them ,Where does that leave me? With a unfair purchase, I understand the no exchange purchase but it’s only fair to give the customer the accessories they paid for if it’s bran new just the pack was open from trying it on, he refuse to give me coils that work in a disrespectful manner, so be careful to try out your accessories before you walk out! This is the first time it’s happened to me and it’s common and other places kindly exchange something that doesn’t work!
