Hello my name is Danielle. I've came to your smoke shop a couple times years ago but did not like the female employee you had working here. The new femal employee u have here now named Basma I just wanted to take the time to compliment you on and want you to know I will start coming back here as a regular customer consistently now. Thank you 😊

BASMA!! Is absolutely amazing!! I was having such a hard time finding a good reliable anime shop and not only have I found that, I found an amazing person! She is the charm of the store! Thank you so much BASMA! I will be coming all the way from Santa Barbara!

Bazma is so super sweet. Every time I go in she is so welcoming. Hint: she deserves a raise. Besides her being welcoming she is adorable. I can be getting off from work and tired and she automatically wakes me up and I get in a more relaxed upbeat mood. It is so unbelievable that she remembers what I need everytime I walk in. Did I say again the she is adorable and welcoming. And again she needs a raise. Lolol. I will stay coming back.

I drive out of my way only to see Basma!! I’m originally from the south and California has definitely been an adjustment. I finally feel as if I have made a friend! This young lady is an absolute asset to this business and community. She is such a breath of fresh air! Her customer service is unmatched! Thanks for being such a star!

Basma is amazing! She has a loving personality and always goes out of her way to make the best experience for the customer! The shop would not be the same without her! I go out of my way to come here because I know I'll get the best customer service out of any other shop around here! She's truly the best, beautiful inside and out! We love u basma!
