Before they changed owners, this place was my go to... Best prices and an amazing staff, but now the place has gone to shit. Very unwelcoming, rude, and a lot of their stuff is overpriced. Not to mention their items are defective when you buy them. I already bought 2 torches that are not able to be refilled... At this point it very much feels like theft...

Zero Stars This place is a complete disaster, and the new staff is an embarrassment to customer service. The “renovation” turned it into a chaotic glass junkyard—crammed with fake, low-quality products trying to pass as premium. Those “Roor” and “Heavy Hitters” pieces? Pathetic knockoffs with cheap stickers slapped on flimsy glass that’ll break if you look at it too hard. The accessories? Outdated junk that looks like it came from the clearance aisle of a discount store. But let’s talk about the new staff—unhelpful, rude, and about as welcoming as a locked door. When I went to buy cigarettes, the woman behind the counter demanded my ID like I was on trial, then muttered something in another language that was both unsettling and flat-out disrespectful. It’s clear they’ve hired people who have zero interest in the job or the customers. This store is a stain on the neighborhood, run by people who don’t deserve anyone’s business. If this is the best they can do, they shouldn’t even bother unlocking the doors.

Dude was cool as hell and got a better vape box than the batteries I've been using.. I definitely recommend this place. That box I have now works great!

I can't say enough about the gals that run the store..... such good positive and attitudes they all 3 display. Great job over the years I've gone to this spot on savior's

I buy most all of my glass from this store and I enjoy the customer service I receive while there. Great smoke shop with good quality glass and good service with cute ladies who are very friendly.
