Big No No!!! Dianne is switching up. The store is always closed and doesn't know how to train new employees. I used to like going but it's horrible now. Music too loud and she throws indirect comments making customers feel dumb. Definitely bipolar at its finest one moment happy ready to greet, the next she's kicking people out or now welcome anymore. 100% switched up, not the same as before. 👎
