Came in August 2, was greeted and welcomed with such a vibrant atmosphere. I’m writing this review for Yanelly. She was very good at helping me find what I needed and extremely helpful and kind. Will definitely be coming back because of her.

If you enjoy subtle racial discrimination and having an adversarial interaction with the person behind the counter, this is a great place to stop! I haven't stopped here in a few years but I needed some butane. When I entered the shop there was one other person completing a purchase. I looked at the cannabis pipes for a few minutes and the two workers walked to the back. No greeting is fine with me. They didn't ask if I needed help with anything behind glass and were just chilling back there for around 4 minutes. I walked over to the counter and stood in front of the register for another 2 minutes. Eventually two other customers entered and triggered the door chime. A young male in his mid-twenties came around the corner and as soon as he saw me he stopped, waited a beat, then said, "Como Estas!?". I don't speak spanish so I just assumed he was referring to my hispanic appearance and said, "Sorry, I don't speak spanish, but thank you. (I'm part hispanic and part anglo and was adopted without ever learning spanish). He asked what I needed so I told him, "I'm looking for butane". "The expensive stuff, or, the CHEAP STUFF?" he says. "That depends on the pricing and brands" I say. He says, "The expensive stuff is like $20 and the cheap stuff is like $3.00. "Okay, I'll take the cheap stuff then". Then the cashier grabbed a cannabis pipe for me and proceeded to tell me that, because it was red at the tip, it looked nasty, like, "You know what". I was in a good mood when I walked in to this place and I left with high blood-pressure and anger. Thanks for Nothing. -David

First experience was good, helpful staff but horrible manager. Staff talked me out of my first choice into a second then got home, added water and the piece was defective. Took it back still unused 30 minutes later and the manager said nothing she can do. Only the owner could approve. When asked if the manager could call them, she snapped at me he was out of the country as if I knew that. Nice and clean but horrible customer service.

Called to check if they had my juice in stock. The woman answered the phone right away and was kind enough to check for me. She answered all of my questions quickly and knows how to treat a customer. I went right over she was kind and friendly. Thank you I will definitely be returning
