Bought 2 Bic lighters from them and they don't work correctly. Upon further investigation turn out they are counterfeit Bic lighters. And reading other reviews it would seem this is a high counterfeit smoke shop. Time to be investigated!

The employee said they were real. I bought two and now my 7year old is in shambles because the head fell off when she opened it. Clearly. Not real. Not cool. Be honest and charge half the price for these lafufus. Total jerks.

The old blonde woman is completely rude unprofessional and lazy. I've spent plenty of money in this place over the years and the last time this woman was very rude to the new guy there who was very pleasant and this time I go snd she doesn't bother to get off her chair....told me if I dont see it its not there....told her the other lady always has it in another box because they sell so fast she doesn't bother putting them out ...she said again if you dont see it we dont have it...told her I can't wait til the other lady comes back from vacation cause you have no business dealing with customers. She daid yep take a number honey and have a seat it will be a while

While in Palmdale for a car service my wife and I had a few hours to kill so we took a walk. My wife needed a vape so we looked up the nearest vape shop was RM. We started walking. I apologize for not catching the lady's name, but she was very helpful and friendly. I liked the layout and prices were reasonable. Highly recommend if you need smoking supplies check here, thank you! 👍

I came in at 8:00 pm to check out what they have and the salesman working was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this smoke shop to anyone. Hopefully they get rid of this employee or he learns to treat people with respect.
