Absolutely humiliating and unacceptable treatment by your cashier tonight. Before paying i told her I had a coupon as I hadn't had a chance to enter my number into the machine because I was busy lifting the cases of soda to make less work for her. She says its okay, it was already applied. Oh. Okay. I said thank you and went outside. Upon looking at my receipt the additional discount was not applied so I went back in to say so. She started pushing buttons on the register and finally said because I was using EBT sge wasn't able to change it. I said okay then return it all. She said because it was EBT I couldn't. I was looking right at the return policy taped at the counter and noted it included EBT payment methods. She went to get her manager who came out and worked with me. And the lady says plain as day and loud enough for everyone to hear, "All this over two dollars!" When I asked her "Are you mocking me?" She just laughed at me. And this over a promotion YOU offered. I wasn't asking for anything special other than common decency and courtesy which is what I gave her. She has no right to attempt to humiliate me when SHE screwed up. I was nothing but pleasant with her up to the point she openly and blatantly began mocking me to try and humiliate me. Absolutely unacceptable! This just happened so whoever the cashier is on schedule tonight is who I'm talking about. And before I go back into that store I demand an apology from her.

I went around 9:15 to get a couple of things. The cashier was extremely rude to me and this is the second time he has been a problem. I went to the cash register he wasn’t there, I didn’t know where he was so I said hello, hello a couple of times and he came flying out of the back room and told me he was training someone and proceeded to tell me he is tired of rude customers. I wasn’t being rude I was legitimately wondering where he was Then he tells me he used to manage a hospital unit which is totally irrelevant. I don’t know what happened to make him this way. But his Customer Service skills are nonexistent. I will not be returning to this Dollar General anytime soon especially in the evening if at all

The Dollar General on Clark in Paradise is ok. The staff person who helped me here was impatient. There was NO LINE, only 1 other person shopping and I wanted to pull out change. She snatched the change in the middle of me counting it out and then told me how much more I needed. She was condescending and rude. I've been a cashier many times and know how to handle my money so it's not like I'm inefficient. The other Dollar General on Skyway in Paradise is much better with fun people and great customer service.

Brian is an amazing person and excellent at Customer service, but today fell short. I couldn’t find something I just purchased, so I tried calling, twice. The phone line hangs up on you if you don’t have a corp # to put in. I drive back up there only to hear, I’m the only one here and didn’t have the phone. All the more reason to have the phone if you’re the only one there. Extremely frustrating. Yet not as frustrating as having to use digital coupons and your phone number to get promotional deals. It shouldn’t be that difficult. Brian was great, the store really sucked for me today! I don’t live on my phone and yet, here we are! Can’t call for customer service and can’t call the corporate store because they don’t care! Happy New Year!

Staff is amazing and friendly. Well stocked. Huge kudos to Kerri. I was in a bind. He offered the most amazing act of kindness.. God bless you xxxoooo
