Got a stiizy starter kit here that didn't work, and when I tried to bring it back because it didn't work the cashier there insisted no refunds. I paid cash so no receipt. His solution was to try new my cart in a new battery, not the one that didn't work. Since it worked in the new one he wouldn't give a refund, makes no sense. Why would anyone try to fleece somebody out of 30 bucks because a battery didn't work? He insisted that he can't be sure that I didn't just bring him another battery even though he sold me the battery about an hour prior. I'm not going to go and just get a random battery to turn in for the money. Make sure that what you get here is working right away or else your money is forfeit. I had already gotten a different battery from another store that works, and for less. Now I have two I guess. Won't be coming back.

The worker who said her name was Kam was very rude, opened late and refused to give me change because she accused me of mishandling something in the store which I wasn't. So I asked for the owners number, she said she was the owner and I told her I knew she wasn't ,so she changed what she said and told me she was a relative.Instead of just giving me the number she told me to find it on the website.I looked and they didn't have a website so I sent my granddaughter in and she finally just gave her the number when she could've did that from the beginning.Do not recommended coming here! Very Rude

Spouse went in there at 10:30am this morning after we visited the dispensary next door, they open at 10am and their door was unlocked. The female Hispanic employee screamed "I'M NOT OPEN!" and when he asked why the door was unlocked she told him to get out and that he can never shop in their store again. We definitely won't, ridiculous way to act when they have the potential for a lot of revenue being next to a dispensary in a small town.

Wow. Went in there to spend some $$$. When we first got in there was a guy dealing with another customer. That customer left. The guy vanished. There was a young girl at the register with her phone in her face. Wouldn’t even look up to look at waiting customers. 5 freaking minutes not 1 person said anything……. Poor customer service at its finest right there.
