I’d give negative stars if I could.THEY CHARGE DIFF PRICES BASED ON THIER ATTITUDE FOR THE DAY! My bf walked into the shop & the owner was standing there with his eyes open wide talking to himself , then gets on the floor to pray. My bf asked himself quietly is he praying? He was confused bc there was another customer waiting to be helped. The owner spazzed on him and then tried to charge extra for the same leaf we get atleast once a week. Went in myself & it was normal price. When I confronted him he said he charges what he wants. Me and my bf Never tried to disrespect him once and he was very rude. Will never come back ! Parlier smoke shop is better lol

Been coming here for years I’ve never had an issue. Yesterday was my first time coming in contact with a new employee (Leo)he recommended me to buy a new brand of vape convinced me to purchase it. That same night the vape stoped charging I made my way to the shop the next day to see what could be done. Same employee that sold me the vape informed me that the vape he sold me was a display he refused to give me a recipe or my money back. Before he kicked me out of the shop he walked me step by step how to go scam another shop so for another vape. Owner needs to replace employee before he run his business down. It’s July 28,2025- Quick update it’s almost been a month since this incident. I had to do my research but I finally got in contact with the shop owner. Long story short shop owner did not care Or want to help us. Ps employee sent me a friend request. I wondered what for 🤔

used to be great with amazing customer service. sadly with new employes the quality of the customer service has gone down significantly. it used to be a chill inviting environment but now it feels like a failing strip mall in there . only really worth going if its past 10 and nowhere else is open. hope the owner comes back from vacation
