I stopped Top Shelf smoke shop recently and had an awesome experience. I picked up some new glass, a hot pen, and a replacement glass top for a piece that had broken. He went above and beyond—hooked me up with both an aftermarket and an OEM top so I had options, and made sure everything fit perfectly. Great products, fair pricing, and genuinely solid customer service. Highly recommend checking out his shop if you want quality gear and someone who actually takes care of their customers!

Top Shelf is like the Cheers bar of smoke shops. The owner’s super friendly, and Yami and Ariana are awesome—friendly, helpful, and happy to chat when it’s not busy. Prices are fair and the vibe is genuinely welcoming. I used to go in only for vapes, but now I’m comfortable enough to ask questions and try new things. Long way to say Top Shelf is a great shop, great staff.

Had my girlfriend pick me up a 60ml bottle of Naked. They charged her $28. Pretty outrageous. Just needed a bottle to hold me over til my online shipment came. That e-tailer had those bottles for $11.

I don't always expect great service from any place I go, but I'm a regular here. Unfortunately, the woman who works there doesn't know that, and was shockingly rude to me, dirty stare down, attitude, and all. Lost a customer for life. Good job 👍
