I will definitely order from TGR Go again, their power had gone out after I placed my order and as soon as it came back on I got a phone call from them letting me know what had happened and what would happen with my delivery since it was my first time ordering from them. Very professional and friendly and the product is cheaper than my local smoke shops and they deliver. Definitely worth checking out id give them 10 stars if possible.

Marissa took great care of my order and answered all my questions right away. My cigar delivery in Los Angeles arrived in about an hour—unbelievably fast. The packaging was clean and secure, and the customer service was outstanding. This is a huge time-saver and perfect for anyone who wants premium delivery service.

Andreas is LEGIT! Really helped me and walked me through the process. I was ready to go all the way to rancho or west Hollywood for some nic juice bc my original shipment is late, but Andreas navigated me through the website and helped me find the perfect replacements! I love the fact that I could get them delivered... and SO SOON! Thank you so much for the great customer service

Wonderful customer service. Great products as well as quick delivery. Will keep ordering from this company! I almost forgot to do a shout-out to Darrel who helped me on the phone. He took such care to help me with my order. It's nice to be able to have a live person to talk to. That's getting to be so uncommon now a days... Gwen C. Third time using this service. All around perfect. Driver Diane was fast and so pleasant to talk to. Every time I call to order EVERYONE is sooo helpful.
