Love the owner and staff! Great senses of humor and always nice. Love talking baseball with the owner (Dodgers fan) knows the game! And yeah I'm a Giants fan. We both can agree we are not Padres fans 🤣

Favorite smoke shop in town. Known Chris since I was in high school, can’t tell me anything bad about this smoke shop. Plus, his wife makes the coolest custom, ANYTHING. So not only do you get real local love from Tobacco Mart, you can pretty much get whatever you want from this one stop shop!!!

Absolutely horrible. During the pandemic they wouldn’t allow anyone to come in the shop, you had to ask for what you wanted at the door and they would bring it to you. That alone wouldn’t be so bad, though it’s rather annoying because you can’t see the item you’re looking for. However I went and asked for a product that I had gotten there before and the guy brought me the wrong thing and refused to exchange it, claiming to be closed despite it being only a bit after 6:00 and Google saying that they are open til 9pm. They acted like I was annoying for keeping them past closing though I had no way of knowing they were closing early, and used Covid as an excuse for their poor customer service. I was able to exchange it the next day but I was furious and will never go there again. There are so many better smoke shops around here, avoid this one. UPDATE : ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

My experience with the Tobacco Mart has been just incredible! I was usually buying online because of savings but Cris at the Tobacco Mart has given me deals on mods and juices that the online stores cannot compete with. All of the staff is so helpful and friendly and go way above and beyond the call of duty. They have helped me so much with mod problems and never charged me. They have the largest and best selection of juices I have ever seen in one store. From now on I will be doing all of my purchases at the Tobacco mart and staying off the internet. I simply love this store and all of the employees. Best Ever!!
