Customer Service was fantastic even for the busy 420 Holiday. The store was clean, inviting , and the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend coming here.

My fav place to buy Psyched products, vapes, and gummies. They have a good deal when u buy more than one psyched product. And when I had a faulty vape, they let me exchange it no problem. LOVE THIS PLACE! U SHOULD BUY STUFF HERE. THEY ALSO HAVE NICE GLASS PRODUCTS. The people who work here are ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, and chill. The people who work here are also stylish. Lol

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They keep it clean. They also have a good amount of raffles and events at the store. Also I have had to return a few puff bars (the puff brand is going downhill it's not the stores fault) and they always help me and get me on my way.

Bought a $45 battery for my cartridge, Manager of the store hyped it up like it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. I live out of town, so their 2 day return policy isn’t the best in that regard. I show up maybe 4,5 days later explaining the situation and how the battery isn’t functioning like it should (unless it was on the highest setting, it did not work). I stayed polite trying to explain the situation , the manager wasn’t trying to hear what I said and kept saying “the product isn’t broken, it’s just not to you’re liking” after repeated attempts to show her what was wrong. I’m out $45 and very dissatisfied with the product and service.
