Never had an experience such as this. Been a customer for at least 15 years. I was caught totally off guard as I grabbed my favorite cigar from the humidor and started to browse for additional items to purchase and was then asked to leave the store. I asked what his reason was for kicking me out and he responded with “ because I can”. He then called the cops and I politely waited till the officer showed up and explained that I was just a repeat customer and couldn’t understand why he called him. Hopefully the owner of this establishment finds out what his employee is doing to his business before it’s too late.

This smoke shop is absolutely amazing 🫶🏻 the employees are well educated and knowledgeable about their products. If you’re from the area you already know how welcoming this smoke shop is. I had a very uncomfortable experience at this store on 03/15/2026, I went in because I was interested in some of the merchandise and was asking questions while looking around. While I was shopping, an employee approached me and told me I needed to leave the store and that I “couldn’t hang out” there. This was surprising and embarrassing because I wasn’t hanging out—I was genuinely looking at products and asking about them because I was considering making a purchase. Being told to leave when you’re trying to shop is not something I’ve experienced before. Customer service should make customers feel welcome, especially when they are showing interest in the merchandise. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel unwelcome and I won’t be returning.

Zero stars. If you want horrible customer service and profiling behavior come to this place. We cannot believe how horrible the scraggly rude male treated us and told us “we couldn’t hang out” and we had to leave, yet we were just looking for items to purchase. Completely caught us off by surprise. He called law enforcement on us, refused us service and would not indicate why he asked us to leave. Just a piece of crap. We hope the owner takes the time to review how customers are being treated, as this experience did not reflect the level of respect and professionalism one would expect. Do not support this business.

Usually my favorite smoke shop, but went today to buy a lighter, and within an hour went to use it for the first time & it didn’t work. Went back in within 3 hours of purchase to exchange and was told they don’t do any exchanges or refunds bc “we don’t know what you do with it when you leave here” Super Disappointed in the customer service over a $2.50 item
