Just vising sanfransisco as a tourist. I called the store, youn lady picked up said hello, I asked if they carry Foger Switch Pro brand for sale. She immediately hung up without saying anything and then when I tried to call it does not ring anymore and I get an automated voice which means she disconnected the phone completely. This is bad businesses practice and she needs to be fired.

The young girl with top ramen hair was super lazy to answer any questions I had. Didn't wanna walk anywhere to check prices. Spend your money else where. Her job is way too hard to help customers. Management needs to fire her and if she is management, expect to close this location soon.

Stopped in today to get some cigarettes. They have a $2.80 off special when you buy 2 packs at once, so I asked for 6 packs 2 at a time and the employee refused to do that. She was too lazy to sell me them that way! There were no other customers waiting in line to be checked out, so I left and took my business elsewhere. Sure the owner would be pleased!

First of all my husband does some of my errands I'm a little disable, hes 58yrz. Everytime they asked for his ID n refused to sell him cigarettes. Also wouldnt allow our dog Prince inside store but yet the larger woman that works there also has her dog behind the counter inside the store. Prices are higher then other smoke shops even 7-Eleven.Most recently I called to find out a price and refused to tell me. Stating the reason was because they just dont want to deal with it. Also saying all smoke shops feel the same way. Wrong I called another and got my price. By the way was cheaper. Point they need to change somethings gonna lose some customers. This place is great and has the best service of any smoke shop I've ever been to. I've only dealt with two girls and a guy, but they were all knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. I've bought cigars other tobacco products there. Also a cool bubbler. They have good stuff. 👌👍
