Just vising sanfransisco as a tourist. I called the store, youn lady picked up said hello, I asked if they carry Foger Switch Pro brand for sale. She immediately hung up without saying anything and then when I tried to call it does not ring anymore and I get an automated voice which means she disconnected the phone completely. This is bad businesses practice and she needs to be fired.

The young girl with top ramen hair was super lazy to answer any questions I had. Didn't wanna walk anywhere to check prices. Spend your money else where. Her job is way too hard to help customers. Management needs to fire her and if she is management, expect to close this location soon.

Stopped in today to get some cigarettes. They have a $2.80 off special when you buy 2 packs at once, so I asked for 6 packs 2 at a time and the employee refused to do that. She was too lazy to sell me them that way! There were no other customers waiting in line to be checked out, so I left and took my business elsewhere. Sure the owner would be pleased!

This place is great and has the best service of any smoke shop I've ever been to. I've only dealt with two girls and a guy, but they were all knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. I've bought cigars other tobacco products there. Also a cool bubbler. They have good stuff. 👌👍

I'm probably the most indecisive customer you could get and the young lady working was sooo helpful, even when I said I needed a minute she was very courteous, I had to listen to her get cussed at while two girls didn't have I'd an got mad at her for not selling to them and even this pair of men that were trying to get her to lower the price of a vape, like....bro you're not at a yard sale, you can't barter at a store lol That aside let me tell you! They have such a great selection of products, glass wear that is absolutely gorgeous and so many options, plus the staff I've gotten to see in action are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Oh man and funny! Idk how they stay so positive after dealing with such rude people but they are just amazing! The lady that helped me deserves a raise if I'm being honest cuz I wouldn't be able to deal with that level of stress and disrespect. I %100 recommend shopping here if you're a smoker! Staff is outstanding, selection is huge, and the prices are fair considering all the restrictions being put into place these days. While I dread the day I break my glass wear again, I'm excited to go back and find another work of art and all the fun gadgets I can use along with it! 10/10 will shop again! 5 stars just isn't enough stars lol
