Best customer service ever. Of any kind of establishment in general. Seriously, I came in there thinking I wanted one thing and left with something much better for the experience I was looking for. The gentleman that helped me was the most patient and knowledgeable person. I must have sounded like I was purposefully trying to think of the dumbest questions to ask this man because I'm such a newbie and he was so kind and answered even the dumbest of questions with the most professional answers. I bought a single cigar to take home and he cut and bagged it for me with a complimentary cedar spill in order to give me the best flavor and experience. I was so impressed with the whole transaction and will most definitely be coming back. Thank you to the kind person who helped me tonight. I am very excited to try my cigar!

I stopped by today for the first time. What a great little cigar spot!! Outdoor and indoor seating. Easy parking on Mineral st. Dave was so inviting I sat and had a smoke. This would make a great stop on a wine day.

This place is amazing! So lucky to have a local lounge in Amador county. The owner (Taylor) is awesome, very nice and knowledgeable. 100% have to stop by and stay for a cigar.
