The door guy was great , prices seemed great if we could get more info. Our sales person was a chick with pink hair .. absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a dispensary it’s almost like they didn’t even want my money. She wouldn’t answer any questions wouldn’t even read off the flavors of the pre-rolls off the shelves we said multiple times we couldn’t see and she just stood there. Then my boyfriend had questions about the CBN she just stared at us so I had to answer the questions he had as best as I could and I made the sale for her. It was weird! I’ll be back but I’ll make sure to ask for someone else to help me next time.

Had such a great experience at Tree Factory thanks to Geraldine! She was so patient and knowledgeable, took the time to walk me and my girlfriend Jackie through different options without ever making us feel rushed.
