Went to pump gas, when I took the pump out it began to spray everywhere, partially my car and all over the cement luckily I didn’t get full of gas but I can smell it on my shoes Cashier & manager didn’t want to refund me any money she said I’m responsible for whatever happened. I even said it’s not about the money it’s the principal of it. I guess I paid money to put gas on the cement Happened today 7:40ish am manager is Spanish speaking only

Usually a good experience coming here. But I do agree with the person who said to update the hours. It allows people to be aware, my little brother came home telling me that a women told him in a slight tone that they were closed and open in 5 mins. This was around almost 3am. Can the hours please be adjusted.

AMPM is always great for gas and grabbing those snacks on the road trips

It's not open 24 hrs, they close every morning from 2-3/330am. Stopped by on my way home from work which puts me at this location during this time every night and each time I try to hurry to make before this 1 -2 shutdown.

Went to purchase drinks, and ice with my daughter. My daughter paid with her debit card, she put the card in, entered pin, took the card out when prompted. The cashier did her thing, didn’t say anything just started to rescan the items that we had on the counter. Told my daughter the total and waited. We were so confused, my daughter informed her that she had just paid with her card. The woman tried to explain that she had made a mistake and did the sale as a cash transaction. However she is speaking mostly in Spanish, and getting upset that we don’t understand her. I finally say we don’t speak Spanish, to which she tried explaining in as good English as she knew. The fact that we didn’t understand her language, and the fact that she made a mistake caused her to be very rude and disrespectful to me and my daughter, and treat us like we did something wrong. If you have a language barrier, you should not be working at the registers, not everybody in Porterville, California speaks Spanish.
