Sold me a $30 vape that burnt after I used it for about two days. When I drove there to ask for a replacement, I was told they can’t replace vapes even if so little of the liquid had actually been used. The guy working also implied it was my fault, which is just not good customer service.

I did love this place, but I wont be back and I wont recomend them to anyone else I think they feel they can do just fine without my bussiness. I hadn't been coming to Porterville very often for awhile, but when I did I always stopped in at Kings. About a month ago my friends mother was moved here to a nursing home, now I come here 1 or 2 times a week. I came here Monday for my friend to see his mom as per usual I stopped at Kings to purchase my smoking stuff for the week, I also bought 4 torches (2 were for friends) when iui got home, the torch pic below blew up and now does nothing! (Not that I'd use it now after losing some bangs and brows) so, I figured id take it back next time I went to Porterville. I just tried to return it a the man said he would only sell me another one for $10. It cost $15 in the first place. I just cant believe my good business isn't worth replacing a $15.00 lighter when I spend a decent amount of money every month! Forget about me recommending to all my vaping friends to that store. The girls that work here are so rude that's why I don't come here , came today. And I realized why I never come.

I used a coupon and when I paid, because I didn't hand the money directly to him and kinda tossed it on the counter, (BECAUSE I DONT LIKE TO TOUCH RAMDOM STRANGERS.) And the cashier kept saying that I was being rude and disrespectful! Why? Why do I have to touch you? I set it on the counter and it's not like I tossed it at you like you was a stripper?! Really hurt my feelings and kinda ruined my day. Will not be back.

Store is usually 5 stars. The short, rude, cocky, older gentleman working today should get negative 5 stars. He could use a lesson on how to speak to other people.
