The lady cashier is fantastic. Always respectful, with a pleasant conversation. Every visit she ask how I am doing with genuine concern for my well being.🤗 >> Wow I actually wrote the above comment months ago. The best part of my comment is that I still feel the same way. Throw your money away at cigarettes & more. BEWARE!!! I’d like to give them 0 stars but that’s not an option. I purchased a 4 pack of juul pods. I opened the pack 10 minutes later to find one was less than full. I tried to call the number listed for “cigarettes and more” but no one answered (understandable). I drive back to the store and was told there is nothing they can do about it. I paid $28.20 for 4 but received 3.5 Pods and they won’t exchange it or refund it or tell the manufacturer they sold them a partial product. Cigarettes & More sold me the product, not the manufacturer. I bought them from a local business to give my community my business and so if there was an issue I could deal with someone in my community. Unfortunately this store sells "as is", buy at your own risk, you're sol if its faulty, defective or not as advertised products.

This has been a great shop in the past. Before? I would have given this place 5 stars..... But Now? Do NOT show up 20 minutes before they close. It really upsets the guy that works there. He is not afraid to let you know that your presence is unwelcome and VERY annoying to him. I tried to call before I came down, twice, and no one answered the phone. I feel like I really upset this person by being a customer.

Owner is awesome and super nice guy. I know he goes out of his way to get the item I want every month. It is always there when I go in. Really great service

I had a great experience up until I had a problem he was very helpful at making sure that I had a working cigarette however in it fizzled out called the shop he said I had two of them. When I only had one I hope that he looks at the video what really made me upset is I walked up there with a bad hip I was down to my last dollars. I told him I only received one. So he's either going to have a really bad case of dementia or he knew what he was doing and said that to me. I'm over 55 I have no reason to to lie to him about the cigarette. I was very appalled because when he said he gave me two cigarettes I mentioned it again and he goes yes I did so basically he's telling me that I'm a liar very disrespectful. But I went down the street to the haze vape shop. I discovered much more of a savings there elf bar $22. I again was down to my last dollar so I bought a maxpin $14. So it was a blessing in disguise and I'll never step foot in that shop ever again it was a dreadful experience
