The cashier is rude and short with answers. I'm not sure if he is afraid to leave from behind the counter or just flat out lazy. The prices are honestly ridiculous. One 4 inch bong was $59.99. at multiple Modesto smoke shops that bong can be purchased for under $30.

I'll be giving you my review from where I experienced Tobacco City from... Out in the parking lot. 😳What?? You ask... Well you see I've been here twice and both times I waited in the car, luckily it was the front seat so I can give an upfront review. The place appears to be a small smoke shop. It's a little old on the outside as I am too and I can honestly say that's not always bad thing. 😉 They seem to do alot of business by the cars that pull into the parking lot so with that I'd say it's a pretty popular place. It's got an ideal location off of Patterson in Riverbank. My friend has gone in there, got what he wanted and been out rather fast so from that id say they have quick service and aren't ignoring their customers. Which is something you want from a store or anywhere for that matter.. I say you need to go ahead and check things out for yourself. I think Im gonna plan on actually entering the store on the next time I come by 👋
