The one in only fully equipped Arco in this area I could spend all day putting photos in let’s get right down to the people who are there and the owners they are fantastic kind and generous they are truly one of a kind. as well as this particular arco in my opinion is to the highest level of service that cannot be topped it is extremely up-to-date and the cleaning goes on daily and the conversations without making a purchase will you get to have that too. Very bad customer service , night lady is very rude , refused us service because "she didnt want to have a bad night " we left our id in the car and she refused us because my partner didnt have her id , but prior to this she never Id'd me when we made our previous transaction ,and i pointed this out and she got enraged making threats to my partner . Then continues to argue with me , Very immature and unprofessional . The morning employees are very nice and kind though .

I got ripped off in the store today. The employee was very argumentative and not willing to work it out. At one point even the employee raise their voice at me and I was not happy with that. I did tell the employee I was not going to die over the $2 they were cheating me. And that it was not worth arguing with them. Just be careful when you pay for your goods, I am sure this is not the first person they've ever ripped off.

To the owner of this establishment... please be kind to young people (kids). I did not appreciate you following my child around your store undrler the assumption that she was going to steal something or whatever your issue was. She came in for 2 cups of ice, she told that to the cashier already, you came right behind her to reiterate. Very unnecessary. Do better.
