Trash store sells defective items at ridiculous mark up and doesn't care. Customer service non existent, but if your looking for banned menthol vapes they got those.

The customer service expert here was amazing! I asked him for advice on a good battery, he was honest and said he was out of the ones he had high praise on but was able to give me the next best option. He was super sweet! I believe his name was Dain! Will be back the next time I'm here! The battery I purchased is an exus and my personal favorite note about this pen is that it has a magnet attachment so no screwing the cart in at all! Also the battery sits nicely inside the battery so no exposure/risk of the cart breaking!

I came into the store to order a vape and the young white gentleman there was not very friendly. He told me I needed to order my vape online even though they have it in the store and I was there in person. Maybe it’s their policy, I don’t know. But I ordered my vape in front of him, but while I was doing it, I asked him questions because it was my first time ordering a vape from them. He seemed annoyed I was asking questions and he looked as if he was annoyed with me. I felt profiled because I am a black woman. He needs to work on his customer service. I didn’t feel welcomed at all.

Josh is dope, helped me out with my feel free shots. Even with the store getting busy he was extremely nice and helpful to everyone. Thanks, I’ll definitely will be coming back.

Josh was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with us and we were very appreciative for that. We also got to meet his friend Bentley 😉. I would highly recommend you stop in and see them.
