Been needing a new vape and decided to go to the rocklin millennium on sunset and picked out the Smok rpm 5 pro kit. On my way home I realized it’s battery operated so I went to the millennium across the street from my house on Lonetree. I brought the device and box into the store and told the guy what I just bought and that I didn’t realize it needed a battery. He informed me there are no returns or exchanges and told me there was nothing he could do for me. I asked him if he had any batteries and he pointed to a case and said “the batteries are over there” He then asked me if I knew what battery the device took. I did not so I read the back of the box and eventually figured it out and left with a battery. This goes without saying but this was an all around disappointing store experience. The poor people skills and customer service set aside, you don’t even know about the products and devices you’re selling to people and expect them to do the work to figure it out. This location used to have these two guys working over the summer who were knowledgeable on everything I would come in to buy, super accommodating and personable and even threw in 15% discounts but I haven’t seen them in there in a while. Whoever is working the Lonetree location needs more product training on the devices and their accessories instead of expecting customers to know more than he does about where he works. Besides this isolated incident this chain of smoke shops is truly the best in this area and it’s because of their awesome employees.

I came into millennium smoke shop this evening looking for coils and some vape juice. Michael was the one working this evening and he helped me out a lot and was a super cool guy and certainly deserves a raise. Thank you for all your help Michael!

Bought a geek bar 25k hits online for in person pickup. Site said in stock at the lone tree location. Went in said it wasn’t in stock and offered me a 15k hit geek bar instead. Kinda feel ripped off
