⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a special shout-out to Andy at Connected Weed Dispensary. I was having ongoing issues with my vape pen because I was never given instructions on how to use it properly when I purchased it. I had to make multiple trips back to the store trying to get help, and the experience was becoming very frustrating. Andy noticed what was happening, stepped in, spoke with the staff, and made sure my concerns were addressed. He treated me with respect, listened to my situation, and made sure I left with my issue resolved. That level of customer service made all the difference. Every business needs employees like Andy. He is professional, compassionate, and genuinely cares about customers. Thank you, Andy, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. I hope Connected continues to hire and recognize employees who provide service with the same dedication and kindness.

Wonderful staff! Christian is awesome! Prices are great. Could be a quick stop or a long line(because of the prices and great service 😊)so be prepared. James "Jimbo" is super chill and very knowledgeable as well 😊

If I could leave a higher review I would. Take care of their customers. Best bud and prices. I land in Sac and this is my first stop... then Round Table pizza baby!!!

Came here religiously every Sunday for pre-rolls. The staff were great, always full of suggestions and happy to chat. Two Sundays in a row we got a sour faced woman with zero customer service skills. Can't recommend a thing and about as friendly as a cactus. Guess I'll be going elsewhere

Came in today the pregnant Mexican girl that works there was so rude omg stay home if you don’t wanna be there! I’ve been coming here for awhile and spend money here weekly sometimes staff can be rude and often I noticed this club gets alota bad cannabis when a patient is telling you u have a bad batch of a product u shouldn’t continue to sell it I’ve gotten several bad batches and when I bring it to their attention they also have attitudes it’s very frustrating dealing with budtenders who don’t care do better!!
