I had a wonderful experience! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The service today was good. The service I had last time for some reason the little Asian guy that wears the hair bun feels like he can run the office and yell at customers. I really do not like that guy for the way he treated me the day Spent too much money here to be treated like that all because I could not hear him he decided to yell with an attitude and that is why I only come here when it’s convenient for me. Prices are better at toasty in downtown Sacramento. Look it up guys.

The online orders are my jam. Take the time and order ahead. Anyway, the staff is great for the most part. Only encountered one not so nice lady. She grabbed my ID & didn’t say a word to me. That was weird because normally they’re super pleasant at the ID window but the good outweighs one not so pleasant moment so I’ll continue to shop here. I just may avoid that person. No way I want to risk my experience here becoming tainted. My husband and I have been shopping here for many years & we love it. So please just remember your business has loyal customers and while we all have challenging days, please be kind to your paying customers.
