Pretty standard vape/tobacco/head shop, larger than most, sells various different trinkets I didn't investigate. I was looking for a disposable and the clerk recommended Flum Float, which turned out to be a new favorite.

I have been shopping here for over a year. Great customer service and prices. The other day I bought 2 vapes and a couple of days later one of them didn't work. I was able to return for an exchange with no hassle.

This is the only shop I have been impressed with a lot of variety in tobacco from small to industrial size bags and the employees are very knowledgeable so I don't ever feel like I am wasting money.

Wow. Came in for a coil as I have before. I'm not up on the jargon so I showed the attendant a pic after trying to describe it. Was repeatedly told I had a nector collector and not a vape. I said I just want a coil and if they don't sell them anymore that's fine. Attendant followed me OUTSIDE to repeat that I don't know what I'm talking about. Unprofessional and possibly dangerous. STAY AWAY

I bought 4 feel free kava shots from this place last night. When I got home I opened one and it seemed like the seal was broken but I didn’t think much of it, when I went to take the shot it was full of water. Someone replaced 3 out of 4 with water, I called the lady because I live 35 mins away and she said to bring them in and she would refund me. When I got there there was a different person there, she said she’s been noticing sometimes the seals at least one in every case is broken, she called her manager and he said he’s not willing to refund me. Since I drove 35 mins I asked if they could give me all 4 back then .. but I would rather have had the money because I went somewhere else to buy the shots last night. She said they don’t do that: although both women were nice this is unprofessional. If someone gets literally an empty product and they say they will refund then that’s what they should do. Also who knows what else was in the shots I took that were water. I wouldn’t trust anything liquid that comes from that shop. Seems like an employee is getting away with free shots maybe? This is the first time it’s happened and I have been buying these for a couple years. Will not be returning to this shop and going to BBB.
