Stopped in because the place next door had 3 people waiting at an unattended front desk. Super friendly girl at 365 showed me exactly what I was after. Pricing is decent. Will be back for all my juice pods and dispos...found my new shop!

Very nice staff, quick and easy. Pleasant atmosphere. Also they have needohs which is random but had to mention it because they are quite hard to find right now.

Usually had a great experience. But it all changed Sunday. First, my boyfriend & I bought a torch there about 2 weeks ago. It worked then a few nights ago it completely stopped working. Like it won't even click to light. So, Sunday we went to see if they could help fix it. The guy who my boyfriend talked to just kept saying "it's out of fuel." But wouldn't even look at it and said " can't help you"

The shop owner is so friendly. The staff is very kind, the customer service is excellent. Definitely recommend!

I feel bad not frequenting my other smoke shop as much now... But these guys have finally learned that to gain more business, you have to be competitive in pricing. They are going $2 lower on a product I tend to stock up on. Doesn't sound like a lot, but if you buy in bulk and every day like I do, I am now going to be saving about $20-30 a week. Bravo Reloaded...Bravo. See ya tonight :)
