I love this smoke shop. Went in because my chamber for my Puffco wasn’t working so I was going to buy a new one. I was on vacation so i was really bummed having to spend the money. I first called another place down the street and they said they only had one left and they’d hold it. When we got there, he had sold it so we looked up a shop and called them. Alvyns World Smoke & Vape said they had plenty so we started walking. Right away, was greated by a worker, and asked what I needed help with. I said i called and Duncan said he could help us to see what was wrong with it. He then cleaned it, talked me through what happened while we looked through the store. Filled with beautiful glass from bongs, pipes, and so many more accessories. Even a girl that I follow on instagram and I’m obsessed with her stuff. Duncan even told us the story of how she came up with her design. They did have the new hot knife so I did buy one. a month later, I came across the same chamber problem, and called Duncan to ask him for help. He helped me through it again!! Never going through any other retailed for my glass and vaporizer needs. Love it!

If I could give zero, I would. I ask the guy at the front what their return policy is and his response was, "we dont really have one" and shrugs his shoulders. Mind you, I have original packaging and receipt in hand, he didnt even bother to look at the product. He asks me what was wrong and I said it doesnt heat up enough or im using it wrong im not sure. He then responds with "yeah, well idk.." Some of the worst customer service. They will upsell the hell out of you, then if the product doesnt perform, will basically tell you its your problem now. A thousand other smoke shops down garnet, pick a different one.

Great team of people here! They’re the only reason I go here. There’s plenty of shops in the area but this team 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 love them

originally had a bad review about fake vapes, but it seems they had a bad supplier at the time or something and handled it because they now no longer do to my knowledge and have good prices. 10/10
