Wellgreens Kearny Mesa is the best cannabis dispensary I’ve been to. Their selection of smoke shop products and sale items is the first thing I saw walking into the store the staff greeted me kindly and walked me through options based on my taste. They even let me smell the weed brand Lights out and the terpenes and flower looked amazing. My favorite pre rolls, Flower, and Vapes were on sale and Jermaine walked me through the multiple cartridges they offer. Their edibles and gummies selection is amazing. Overall 20/10 experience will 100% be back.

Stopped in today to get some bud and Nuresin, Devaughn was really helpful with knowledge of and opinions on the bud and which i always prefer to purchasing blind. Got an eighth of Mintz (forget brand name, will add pic) on sale for $25, and some Nuresin tincture. They didn't have the Nuresin syringes of concentrate but i mix it with ghee anyway and the MCT tincture was like half the price of the unmixed syringes at the last place i checked further out in East County, probably the best price i've seen on the premade tincture version and something i will be back for, and because the vibes were right and Devaughn and security guard (didnt get her name) were great. But a word of warning, I pulled in in my Small RV, same footprint as a lot of 4dr or long bed pickups, and it was really tight parking, then when I went to back into the one spot, the V shaped angle of the parking lot was so extreme that my trailer hitch scraped. I could probably prevent it next time with some careful angling but just a word of warning, depending on your vehicle you may want to park on the left side of the building or in a different spot when you visit this location

Best dispensary I’ve been to in San Diego! The customer service is amazing, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Devon, Natali, Marlena, and Celeste were all incredibly helpful and made the whole experience great. If you’re ever in the area, you definitely have to stop by—you won’t be disappointed!

Max was literally one of the nicest and friendly people I’ve been guided by at a dispensary. I struggle with chronic migraines and have very particular tastes and he adjusted his suggestions accordingly. He is also bilingual and we got to chat in both English and Spanish! Wellgreen’s is lucky to have someone as thoughtful and knowledgeable as him on their team. It was also my first time and he made the experience feel less intimidating and more like I was being guided by a friend. Because I was a first time customer I got a cool 30% off deal as well! This will definitely be my go to shop from now on :)

Christina was so amazing and very patient with me. It was my first time at Wellgreens and she made the experience great. They have amazing options and such amazing deals. I would definitely come back, not only for the deals, but for how amazing of a bud tender Christina was!
