I recently purchased a bong from this store and was thoroughly disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service. Upon testing the bong at home (without using it, simply adding water and inhaling), I discovered a significant design flaw. The airflow is routed through an extremely narrow tube—barely the width of a straw—which severely restricts airflow and clogs almost immediately. This renders the product virtually unusable. When I returned to the store to address the issue and request an exchange, I was told that no returns or exchanges would be honored, despite the fact that the product was defective and had never been used. This policy shows a blatant disregard for quality assurance and customer satisfaction. As a customer, I trusted this business to provide functional, well-designed products and to stand by their merchandise in cases where the product is clearly flawed. Unfortunately, this experience has shattered that trust. I strongly urge others to carefully inspect any purchases from this store to ensure you don’t encounter the same issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

This store is a joke, people that work here are rude,always insulting customers to cover their lack of knowledge. Severely overpriced,and they often give wrong information about their stock!

affordable selections very nice options the the gentleman working the counter was very accommodating polite and patient would definitely recommend and return 5 + Stars 🤩

By 6th Street gift and More Shop exhibited fine customer service upon my last visit I would say that they seem to be a bit overpriced on most of their merchandise

This place APPEARS to be top-notch, designer smoke shop that's fully stocked. By appearance ONLY though. The prices make you think you're somehow getting robbed; the entire store is displayed behind the counter, making it impossible to see most products; and if you finally decide on a purchase, nothing in-store is officially priced, making your sales total equal whatever the guy wants to bill you. Another detail in terms of the façade part, this shop doubles as an authorized Western Union agent, however, the system's always down, so it's basically as if it doesn't exist at all! Don't let the LIMITED nice things on display there draw u in too far. It's definitely a 2 out of 5. 👎⛔
