Really need to train their employees not to sell cigarettes to children. Apparently they are not very good at it and routinely get caught resulting in suspensions of their ability to sell cigarettes to adults. Be prepared to pay in cash and under the counter because they’ll damn sure be under a suspension whenever you rock up. Special price for a pack of smokes is $10. Cash only of course. And be quiet. Shush!

The guy who was working when my husband and I came in was super awesome! My husband had bought a few things from here a couple nights before and had loved how cool the guy about prices and being able to give good deals that he told the guy he'd be back with his wife the next day. So when he brought me back was right when he was supposed to be closing but he stayed open longer and was nice as hell considering that my indecisiveness can be frustrating for someone that probably wants to go home already. Plus a lot of the same items that other stores have- well he had them for alot less or he was at least willing to take less than his listed price. I am very pleased with the silicone bong that I picked out and the 'Whip It' brand torch too!

Best smoke shop in all of SF , they have everything you could think of here! They have a variety of different types of cool looking bongs and rigs. And it's all mostly really affordable, wouldn't recommend any other anyone. Plus , they stay open till 1am with a super friendly staff.

STAY AWAY from these guys. I believe I was a victim of age discrimination and sold items that did not work. I was on foot with a dead cell phone battery and nothing to charge it with. I check store after store and come up empty until this place. $20 later I leave to charge somewhere. 20 minutes later I am only at 2%. I go back and ask for replacements. They tried to to convince me 2%/20 minutes was normal. They only agreed to replace when they realized I would not shut up about it. I leave again. I charged again. Same thing. Clearly these products are inferior or damaged and back I go. This time they refuse to even talk to me about it. They told me there are no refunds or exchanges. I reminded them they had already exchanged both pieces and there are no signs in the window or store stating that policy I tell them the industry standard for charging times and they shut me down hard. They told me to contact the manufacturers. At this point I am 100% sure they knew they were selling defective product. First, there was no manufacturer listed on either piece and they came without packaging. Second, they tried to convince me I only paid $10 after I asked if $20 was worth the bad reviews I would write and the attention I would bring to this incident. Clearly they thought they could get away with it. That idea went up in smoke because... I paid with a card and called my bank.. My bank calls their bank, complaints were made and I was refunded. There are countless smoke shops in San Francisco are honest and don't discriminate. Stay clear of this place and spread the word.
