Amazing hookah spot in SF. They treat you not like a customer, but like family. Definitely coming back for more

Not happy. I usually come to this spot. They usually treat me like royalty. Today. A new person. So no recognition… no good treatment… simply told…. Sorry. It’s too late. It was 130 am. They close at 2. But, he said it was slow and because of that, I’d be turned away …. So… a customer , willing to pay… even for 30 min…. Is turned away …. Perhaps I expect too much. I know when I’ve been here before, they were very accommodating…. New staff new treatment….

I finally visited this hookah lounge after so many friends recommended it! I don’t do it often, but many of my friends do, so it was cool to come with them to their favorite hookah lounge in the city and now I understand why. First of all, you can dress as up or as down as you want. Come in sweats or come in a business casual outfit; doesn’t really matter. The vibes were 10/10. Love the hip hop music and lighting of the place. Definitely felt like I was at a bar/club more than just a hookah lounge (minus the alcohol) The hookah itself came with these super cool laser lights that really elevated the experience. I came with around 10 friends after dinner, and the manager, Noah, made sure we had a good lounge and kept an eye on the hookah and when the coals needed to be changed. I can tell it brings a good community of locals, since my friends ran into people that walked in. All in all, cool space!

This place is amazing! Noah will take care of your party as if it was his own. Amazing customer service and tasty hookah flavors. You can choose up to 3 flavors which is awesome

the atmosphere was 100% impressive. lots of people, friendly staff, delicious hookahs and food. we will definitely come back
