I had an awful experience here on Friday. My Wife and I were trying to get sandwiches at a place that took cash and we walked up to the ATM at this smoke shop. We tried getting $40 out of the ATM. And it gave me $20 instead of 40 and when I told the person at the cash register, they asked me to print a balance inquiry and it was accurate. So he put me on the phone with the gentleman that runs the ATM machine and he said that the money will go back into my account in five minutes And behold it processed at $40 all day yesterday and today the $40 processing fee went through. So I was scammed out of $20. Now I’ve tried to call the business phone number and it doesn’t work. So I’m gonna have to make an extra trip out to the tenderloin just to get $20 back, and probably won’t be successful. If you’re the owner of this company. Respond to this. This is ridiculous.
