I like this smoke shop they have a wide range of items and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Unlike other stores that I've been to the staff here takes the time to talk to you explain the different options that are available and they're very honest about what they think is the best product or what they think it would be ideal for you. All my directions with the staff have been helpful and they're even sometimes where they've showed me that what I need isn't what they have in the store. The honesty that they exhibited is rare to find and I think that it makes a store worth the trip and the money. I don't have

It's a great shop, over priced compared to what I'm use to but it is in SF so that's understandable. Workers are good people and will work with you on price if your a little short. Anytime I've ever needed something from a smoke shop while in SF this is the place I go. Check em out!!

The shop has good products including a lot or Vector brand torches but their prices are too much and the customer service is downright awful. Everyone I go there I feel like they are trying to get me out the door. Waste of time. Especially since there are many more smoke shops in the area that are better.
